Not only is Rakesh a very nice man, he is a master of his craft and has demonstrated a keen desire to ensure I am truly happy with my new eyes. Sometimes things dont go precisely to plan and it is at times like this some might create reasons to run away. Not Rakesh or anyone on the Laser Vision team. Wonderful service from the 1st appointment. Caring staff and my options were explained to me thoroughly in great detail. The operation was painless and happened in no time at all. The staff on the day were attentive to all my needs. The after care was impeccable. Having lens replacement surgery was the best decision I could make. It has changed my life and being free of glasses is amazing.

I've had cataracts and laser with Mr Rakesh Jayaswal this year. I was delighted with his help and re-assurance throughout both procedures and cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Always with a friendly smile and very patient in answering all my queries. All the team, including Vicky and the admin ladies, were a joy to deal with. I have always felt well cared- for and supported even throughout 2020 when Covid19 moved the goal posts!
Rakesh and his team are ultimate professionals in their field and really believe in what they're doing. They are just lovely human- beings.
